For finding K, K=0 for X as any positive integer.

  • x^3-x when divided by 3, for eg: X=2 and 3. When X=2, X^3-X= 8-2 =6 and when divided by 3 remainder is 0.
  • When X=3, X^3-X= 27-3 =24 and when divided by 3 remainder is 0.
  • So, for X as any positive integer when x^3-x is divided by 3 K will turn out to be 0 as number is completely divisible by 3.
