X does not pay the amount to trustee
trustee swe the x for the promised amount
case 1: if they have not incurred any liability on the faith of X promise
case 2: if they have incurred liability on the faith of X promise.

case 1 if there would be no liability then they will be removed from the case and tell them to keep a evidence in written for the same so no another x can come

case 2 of there will be liability on them than they have to sold up their personal asset to get redeem of the liability or they have to suffer some sort of cases and judgements
