STEPBYSTEPEXPLANATION:−

\begin{lgathered}{x}^{ - 2} = 64 \\ \frac{1}{ {x}^{2} } = {8}^{2} \\ {x}^{2} = \frac{1}{ {2}^{3 \times 2} } \\ x = \sqrt{ \frac{1 }{ {2}^{6} } }\end{lgathered}

x = \frac{1}{64}

SOLUTION

==>x^{-2} =64\\\\==>\frac{1}{x^{2} } = 8^{2} \\\\==\frac{1}{x^{2} } = \frac{1}{2^{3}*2 } \\\\==>x^{2}=(\frac{1}{8})^{2}\\\\==>x=\frac{1}{8}   answer

Hope it helps
