 \frac{ {x}^{2} + 1 }{ {x}^{2} }  = 7
=>
 {x}^{2}  + 1 = 7 {x}^{2}  = > 6 {x}^{2}  = 1
=>
 {x}^{2}  =  \frac{1}{6}
=> x=1/√6 .
 \frac{7 {x}^{3}  + 8x - 7 }{ {x}^{3} - 8}
find the value of the above quantity
  \frac{ \frac{7}{6 \sqrt{6}  } +  \frac{8}{ \sqrt{6} }  - 7}{ \frac{1}{6 \sqrt{6} } - 8}
=> 7+8(6)-7(6√6)/1-8(6√6) = 55-42√6/1-48√6 =
-47.8785692/-116.575508 = 0.410 approximately.
Hope it helps you....
