Hey!

x² + 1

x {}^{2} + 1 = 0

x {}^{2} = - 1

x = \sqrt{ - 1}

x = i
is not a real number.

So, x² + 1 have no real roots!

Hope helped.

Answer and Explanation:

Given : Expression x^2+1 has no real zeros.

To find : Why?

Solution :

First we solve the expression and find the zeros,

x^2+1=0

Subtract 1 both side,

x^2=-1

Taking root both side,

\sqrt{x^2}=\sqrt{-1}

x=\pm i

Here, i is the imaginary term.

So, The expression has no real zeros.
