=> f(x) = + 23x + 130 = 0

Now By Splitting The Middle Term Method,

=> Sum = 23 , Product = 130, So the Values are = 13 and 10,

=> Now , Replace 23x with 10x and 13x,

f(x) = + 10x + 13x + 130 = 0

=> Taking x and 13 as Common,

f(x) = x ( x + 10 ) + 13 ( x + 10 ) = 0
