Here the given function is

Which is of the form

 \sf{x(t) =  a\cos (b n)} + c

Hence the required period

 \sf{  =  \dfrac{2\pi}{ |b| } }

 \sf{  =  \dfrac{2\pi}{ |0.1\pi| } }

 \sf{  =  \dfrac{2}{ 0.1} }

 \sf{  =20}
