x {4}^{?} \ \div \frac{1}{x {4}^{?} } +2=119+2

(x^2)^2 + \frac{1}{ (x^2)^2  } + 2x^2 \times \frac{1}{ (x^2)}  = 121

(x^2+ \frac{1}{ (x^2)})^2 = 11^2

therefore,

(x^2+ \frac{1}{ (x^2)}) = 11
