given \:  \\  \\  \frac{x}{1}  -  \frac{x}{4}  -  \frac{1}{3}  =  \frac{2}{1}  +  \frac{x}{4}  \\  \\  \frac{12x - 3x - 4}{12}  =  \frac{8 + x}{4}  \\  \\ 9x - 4 = 3(8 + x) \\  \\ 9x - 4 = 24 + 3x \\  \\ 9x - 3x = 24 + 4 \\  \\  =  >  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: 6x = 28 \\  \\  =  >  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: x =  \frac{28}{6}  =  \frac{14}{3}
