 {x}^{4}  +  \frac{4}{ {x}^{4} }  + 4 - 4 \\  = ( {x}^{2}  +  \frac{2}{x {}^{2} } ) {}^{2}  - 4 \\
now using a square minus b square
( {x}^{2}  +  \frac{2}{ {x}^{2} } ) {}^{2}  + (2) {}^{2}   \\  = ( {x}^{2}  +  \frac{2}{ {x}^{2} }  + 2)( {x}^{2}  +  \frac{2}{ {x}^{2} }  - 2)
