putting, y=3 for x=1 in the above equation.

$1=\frac{n}{3^{2} }$

n=9

Now, for y=4,

$x=\frac{9}{4^{2} }$

∴ $x=\frac{9}{16}$

So, the value of  x= 9/16 for y=4.
