together take to complete the job.​

X works twice as fast as Y

So, Days taken by X to finish the work= Y/2= 9

Days Taken by X & Y to finish the work together= 1(1/9+1/18)

= 1{(2+1)/18}

= 1(1/6)

= 6 days
