2. The battle of Plassey was fought in 1757 between the British East India Company and Siraj-ud-daulah, the Nawab of Bengal. At the end of the battle, Company won. The main causes of the Battle of Plassey were: The British East India Company wanted to establish a puppet ruler on the throne of Bengal.

3. The battle resulted in the 1765 Treaty of Allahabad, in which the Mughal Emperor surrendered sovereignty of Bengal to the British. Lord Robert Clive, the victor at the Plassey, became the first governor of Bengal. Losses: British East India Company, fewer than 1,000 casualties of 8,000; Indian states, 6,000 of 35,000.

2. the problem arose when the alliance were disrupted under the rule of nawab of Bengal siraj ud daulah's army with 50000 soldiers, 50 Canon and 10 army elephant were defeated by 3000 soldier of Robert Clive. the battle ended in 11 hours and siraj ud daulah flight from the battle post his defeat.
