Answer:

/(x-1) = 1/(x-1) - equation(1)

=>x*(x-1) = (x-1)*1

=>x^2 -x = x -1

=>x^2–2x +1=0

=>x^2 -x -x +1 = 0

=>x(x-1) -1(x-1) = 0

=> (x-1)(x-1) = 0

=> (x-1)^2 = 0

=>x-1 = 0

=> x= 1

but if we put x =1 in equation 1

we get ,

=>1/0 = 1/0 = not define

=> x=1 is not possible

=> this equation has no solution Ans.
