 X / (x square)-16 - 3/(x-4)
*This would be fun ;)*

X/ (xsq. -4sq.) - 3/(x-4)

USING FORMULA Xsq. - Ysq. = (x+y) (x-y)

X/ (x+4) (x-4) - 3/(x-4)

TAKING LCM

[X - 3(x+4)] / [(x+4) (x-4)]
[X-3X-12] / [(x+4)(x-4)]
-2X-12 / (x+4)(x-4)

Take -2 commom

-2(x+6) / [(x+4)(x-4)] OR -2(x+6) / xsq. - 4sq.

Hope it helps.
