k +  \frac{1}{k}  =  \frac{5}{2}

2 {k}^{2}  - 5k + 2 = 0

(2k -  1)(k - 2) = 0

k \:  =  \frac{1}{2} or \: 2

let k=1/2

 \sqrt{ \frac{x}{x - 3} }  =  \frac{1}{2}

4x = x - 3

x =  - 1

Let k=2

 \sqrt{ \frac{x}{x - 3} }  = 2

x = 4x - 12

x = 4

There fore x=-1 or 4.✅
