Question

x(x ³- y³) + 3 xcy (x-y)

Consider, (x+y)3−(x3+y3)=(x+y)3−[(x+y)(x2−xy+y2)]

                                                            =(x+y)[(x+y)2−(x2−xy+y2)]

                                                            =(x+y)[(x2+2xy+y2)−(x2−xy+y2)]

                                                            =(x+y)(3xy)

Clearly, 3xy is factor of (x+y)3−(x3+y3)
