$= > x(x - 5) = 8 + x(x + 3)$
$= > {x}^{2} - 5x = 8 + {x}^{2} - 3x$
both the x² will cut due to opposite signs .

therefore the remaining will be ,

$= > - 2x = 8$
$= > x = 8 \div - 2$
$= > x = - 4$
