GIVEN :-

 \sqrt{x}(x - 7) =   \frac{3}{2}

Squaring both sides :-

x(x - 7) = 9(2)

 {x}^{2}  - 7x = 18

 {x}^{2}  - 7x - 18 = 0

 {x}^{2}  - 9x + 2x + 8 = 0

x(x - 9) + 2(x - 9) = 0

 \red\longmapsto(x + 2)x - 9) = 0

 \bold \red{either} \bold \red{(x - 9) = 0}

 \bold \red{HENCE   \:  \:  \:\: X  \: = \:  0}
