  \huge \red{\mathfrak{solution}}

To Find x and y :

 \star \: x - y =  -1 \:  -  -  -  -  - (1st) \\  \\   \star \: 4x + 3y = 10 \:   -  -  -  -  - (2nd)

By substitution method :

From equation 1st we get ,

 \implies \: x = y - 1

Put x in equation 2nd we get ,

 \leadsto \: 4(y - 1) + 3y = 10 \\  \\  \leadsto \: 4y - 4 + 3y = 10 \\  \\  \leadsto \: 7y = 10  + 4 = 14 \\  \\  \leadsto \: y =   \cancel\frac{14}{7}  = 2

Now put y = 2 in equation 1st we get,

 \implies \: x =  - 1 + 2 = 1

Hence the value of x is 1 and y is 2
