Answer:

x-y=11 ____(i) 2x-y=4 _____(ii).

From eq(I)x=11+y ____(iii)

Now,

Putting the value of eq(iii) on eq(ii)

2(11+y)-y=4

(22+2y)-y=4

22+2y-y=4

22+y=4

y=4-22

y=-18

Again putting the value of y on eq(iii)

x=11+y

=11+(-18)

=11-18

=-7

Hence, x=-7 and y=-18
