(x-y)^2 + 2(x-y)(x+y) + (x+y)^2\\=> x^2 + y^2 - 2xy + 2x^2 - 2y^2 + x^2 + y^2 + 2xy\\=> 2x^2 + 2y^2 + 2x^2 - 2y^2\\=> 4x^2 (Answer)
