Hey Mate, Here is your answer

 \frac{x - y}{2}  = 3

x - y = 6

x = 6 + y

 \frac{6 + y}{2}  -  \frac{2y}{3}  =   \frac{2}{4}

 \frac{6(6 + y)}{12}  -  \frac{4(2y)}{12}  =  \frac{6}{12}

36 + 6y - 8y = 6

2y = 30

y = 15

x = 21

Hope this helps. Please mark my answer as Brainliest.
