x+y = -2 then the answer is 6xy

 {x}^{3}  +  {y}^{3}  + 3 {x}^{2} y + 3x {y}^{2}  + 6 {x}^{2}  + 6 {y}^{2}  + 12xy + 12x + 12y + 8
