Let x-5=a
So
A²-6a +5
A²-(5+1)a+5
A²-5a-1a+5
Take common.
A(a-5)-1(a-5)
(A-1)(a-5)
Putting the value
(X-y-1)(x-y-5)

(X - Y ) ^ 2 - 6 ( X - Y ) + 5
(X ^2 + Y ^2 - 2XY ) - (6 X - 6 Y ) + 5
X ^ 2 + Y ^2 - 2 X Y - 6X + 6 Y + 5 is the final answer.
Hope this helps you.☺☺☺
