By subsitution method

x=y-27

Putting in first eq.

xy=70

(y-27)y=70

y²-27y=70

y²-27y-70=0

y=72/x

x+72/x=27

x²+72=27x

x²-27x+72=0

x²-24x-3x+72=0

x(x-24)-3(x-24)=0

x=24,3

IF X=24,
