(x + y + 3) × ( -xy - 3x - 2y + 3)

x ( -xy - 3x - 2y + 3) + y( -xy - 3x - 2y + 3) + 3( -xy - 3x - 2y + 3)

-  {x}^{2}y - 3 {x}^{2}  - 2xy + 3x   -x {y}^{2}  - 3xy - 2 {y}^{2} + 3y   -3xy - 9x - 6y + 9

Add the common terms.

-  {x}^{2}y - 3 {x}^{2}  - 11xy  -  6x   -x {y}^{2}   - 2 {y}^{2} + 3y    - 6y + 9
