Since, x:y = 4:5

Therefore,

 \frac{(4x + 5y)}{(5x + 2y)}  \\  =  \frac{(4(4) + 5(5))}{(5(4) + 2(5))}  \\  =  \frac{(16 + 25)}{(20 + 10)}  \\  =  \frac{41}{30}
(4x + 5y) : (5x + 2y) = 41:30
