Answer:

x+y=7___(i)

2x-3y=11_(ii)

Using elimination method,

x+y=7__(i)×2

2x-3y=11__(ii)×1

2x+2y=14

2x-3y=11

y=3

Putting y= 3 in eq(i),

x+y=7

x+3=7

x=7-3

x=4.

Hence the value of x= 4 AND y = 3.
