3x+3y=21

3x-2y=11

5y= 10

y=2

now X

x+y=7

x=7-2

x=5

x=5 and y = 2

Answer:

x + y = 7

it can be written as.....

x = 7 - y....... (i)

3x - 2 y = 11

it can be written as...........

x = 11 + 2y / 3 ............ .. (ii)

from (i) & (ii)

7 - y = 11 + 2y / 3

3 ( 7 - y) = 11 + 2 y

21 - 3y. = 11 + 2y

-3 y - 2y. = 11 - 21

-5 y = -10

y = 2

x = 7 - y

x = 7 - 2

x = 5

x = 5 , y = 2
