√x+y=9. √y+x=6 then find x and y​

√x+y=9 (1)

√y+x=6 ......(2)

squaring both the equations

x+y=81 .......(3)

y+x =36........(4)

..Now,

Adding equation 3 and 4

x+y=81

y+x=36

xy + xy = 117

2xy =117

xy =117/2

now ,

y = 117/2x

.put y =117/2x in equation 2

y+x = 36

117/2x +x =36

117 +2x square /2 =36

117 +2x square =72

2x square =72-117

2x square = -45

x square=-45/2=22.5

x =√22.5

y =117/√22.5 ×2.. ( √22.5 ×2~~ 9)

y = 117/9

y =13

x=√22.5 =4.. ( √22.5~~4)

y=13

Hence the value of x and y is 4 and 13..
