X and Y complete (3/5)th work

remaining work = 1-(3/5) = 2/5

it means Z complete (2/5)th work

(2/5)th part of Rs. 60000 = 60000*(2/5) = Rs. 24000

Total money for what he worked = 60,000

Total money for which X and Y worked = 3/5

= 60% of total

= 60% of 60,000

= 36,000 Rs

Remaining work = 40% of total

So Z's money = 60,000 - 36,000

= 24,000 Rs
