x^2 + (1/x)^2 - 11.x.(1/x) = x^2 -2x(1/x) - 9x(1/x) + (1/x)^2 =

x^2 -2x(1/x) +(1/x)^2 - 9

= (x - 1/x)^2 - 3^2

=(x - 1/x + 3).(x - 1/x - 3) Ans
