x²+13x+36

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Find p, and q, knowing sum = b = 13 and product c = 36. Compose factor pairs of 36-> (2, 18)(2, 12)(4, 9). this last sum is 9 = b. Then p = 4 and q = 9

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

x² +13x+36

= x² +(9+4)x+36

x² +13x +36

= x² +9x + 4x +36

(x+4)(x+9)
