x²+2 has no zeroes.why?

X²+1 has no real zeroes as:

Reason:-

  • The second factor is 0x ie alpha + beta is zero.
  • So that means alpha = -beta
  • But alpha × beta is 1.
  • Hence condition not satisfied.
  • Also, D is less than zero ie
  • b²-4ac <0

Because 0-4 is -4

Hence less than zero.
