For the second term, get the square root of the first and last term. Then multiply them and double it.
For the last term, it's the same as how you get the first term. You get the square root of the first term and divide the 2nd term by it AND divide by 2.
Therefore it will be (x-5)^2
= x^2 - 2*x*5 + 5^2
Ans is 10x.
