Now split the middle terms

Now take common number in equation

 \:  \:  \sf \: x(x  + 1) + 1(x + 1)

Again take common number

 \:  \:  \sf \: (x + 1)(x + 1)

Now find the value of x.

 \:  \:  \sf \: x =  - 1

HenceForth,factor of given polynomials is -1.
