Let (x^2 - 2x) = a
a^2 - 2a - 3
=> a^2 - 3a +a - 3
=> a(a-3) +1(a-3)
=> (a-3)(a+1)
=> ( x^2 - 2x - 3)( x^2 - 2x +3)
=> [ x^2 - 3x + x +3] [ x^2 - 2x +3]
=> [ x(x-3) +1(x-3)] [ x^2-2x +3]
=> (x-3)(x+1)(x^2 - 2x+3)
