Question :- Write the following polynomial in coefficient form :- x² - 2x + 3 .

Solution :-

As we know that, A polynomial is an expression that can be written in the form :-

  • anx^n + _____ + a2x^2 +a1x + a0 .
  • Each real number a is called a coefficient.
  • The number a0 that is not multiplied by a variable is called a constant.

so, coefficient form of given polynomial is :-

→ x² - 2x + 3

1 * x² + (-2) * x + 3 * 1

therefore, the coefficient form of the given polynomial is (1, -2 , 3) .

Hence, Option (3) is correct answer.
