By the Formula (-b (+/-) \sqrt{b^2 - 4ac}) /2a
Substituting a=1,b=-3,c=-1
We get
 x_{1}= 3+ \sqrt{13}
and
 x_{2} =3- \sqrt{13}
So,((x-3-  \sqrt{13}) (x-3+ \sqrt{13})=x^2-3x-1)
