Hello Dear Brainly user...

Question:-

is to find roots of equation

x² + 3x + 9 = 0

Solution :-

By Formula

x =  \frac{ - b± \:  \sqrt{ {b}^{2}  - 4ac} }{2a}

Here;

a = 1 , b = 3 & C = 9

Using Formula;

 =  > x =  \frac{  - 3± \sqrt{ {3}^{2} - 4 \times 1 \times 9 } }{2 \times 1}

 =  >x =  \frac{ - 3± \sqrt{9 - 36} }{2}

 =  > x =  \frac{ - 3± \sqrt{ - 27} }{2}

 =  > x =  \frac{ - 3± 3\sqrt{3} i}{2}  \:  \: answer

Hope it helps ✴️ :-)
