x {}^{2}  + 5x + 6 = 0 \\ x { }^{2}  + 3x + 2x + 6 = 0 \\ x(x + 3) + 2(x + 3) = 0 \\ (x + 2)(x + 3) = 0 \\ x =  - 2 \:  \: and \:  \: x =  - 3
