x^2 + 6x + 9 - 9y^2

=> {(x)^2 + 2.x.3 + (3)^2} - (3y)^2

=> ( x + 3 )^2 - (3y)^2

=> ( x + 3 + 3y ) ( x + 3 - 3y )
