Solution:

Taking Square root both sides

=> x = ± √81

=> x =  ±  9

=>  x² - 81  = 0

=> ( x)² - 9² = 0

=> ( x + 9)(x - 9) = 0

=> x =-9 , 9

Check root

x² = 81

9² = 81  verified
