x^2 - 8x + 12 = 0
x^2 - 6x - 2x + 12 = 0
x ( x - 6 ) - 2 ( x - 6 ) = 0
( x - 2 )( x - 6 ) = 0
x - 2 = 0 and x - 6 = 0
x = 2 and x = 6

☆ x²-8x+12
●We can write -8x = -6x -2x
So that the equation become :-
☆ x² -2x - 6x +12
tacking comman :-
☆ x ( x - 2 ) - 6 ( x - 2 )
☆ ( x - 2 ) ( x - 6 )
:- x = 2 ...
:- x = 6
