Here is  your answer:

 x\² - qx + (p\² -5pq + 6q\²)

 x\² - qx + (p\² - 2pq - 3pq + 6q\²)

⇒ [tex]x\² - qx + (p(p-2q) - 3q(p-2q)) [/tex]

⇒ x\² -qx + (p -2q)(p-3q)

⇒ [tex]x\² - (p-2q)x + (p-3q)x - (p-2q)(p-3q) [/tex]  

⇒   x(x-p+2q) + (p-3q)(x-p+2q)

⇒ \bold{(x-p+2q) (x+p-3q)}
