Step-by-step explanation:

x²-x= k(2x-1)

=] x²-x= 2kx-k

=] x²+k= 2kx+x

=] x²+k = x{2k+1}

Through Hit- Trial Method ; we have :

if x=0 then k= 0

x=1 then k=1&½

x=2 then k=1&½

Now either. X can be 1 or 2 in both the cases k will be either 1&½

so the value of k can be 1 when x is 1 and ½ when x is 2

With the little information you gave ; this was most convenient and reasonable answer

Hope it Helps !
