Answer

X²+2X+Y²-4Y-4=0

This is the equation of circle .So

X²+2X+1+Y²-4Y+4=4+1+4

(X+1)²+(Y-2)²=9

comparing it with (X-a)²+(Y-b)²=r²,we get

a=-1 ,b=2 and r=3 .Thats means

centre of cirle is (-1,2) and radius (r)=3
