 \huge \mathfrak \green{answer}

x²-y²-2y−1 = x²−(y²+2y+1)

⟹x²−y²−2y−1 = x²−(y+1)²

⟹x²-y²-2y−1 = [x+(y+1)] [x−(y+1)]

⟹x²-y²-2y−1=(x+y+1)(x−y−1)
