Factors are : (x+3)(x-2)(x+10)

________________________

p(x)=x^3+11x^2+4x-60

Factor of -60 are 1,2,3...

p(-3)=(3)^(3)+11×(−3)^(2)+4×(3)−60

=27+11 (9)-12-60

=72-72

=0

=>(x+3) is a factor.

Now, divide p(x) by (x+3) by long division.

q(y) = x^2+8x-20

Factorising q(y) by splitting the middle term

x^2+8x-20

=x^2-2x+10x-20

=x(x-2)+10(x-2)

=(x-2)(x-10)
